As a landlord, I must rate this company as one star. If I could do less, I would. A renter left our rental property with a $215.06 electric bill when she left. There was a rollover on this house, meaning that large bill would go to her and it would be turned back on in the owners name. We assumed it was since this had been the practice in the past. Not this time! We had contractors in the home working on a very large bathroom project. They shut the electricity off without notifying us and shut down a contractor for 3 or 4 days. The reason was because she did not pay her bill and it was a shut off which makes it different they said. We own the house and the renters didn't pay the bill so we are being penalized for her bill that is in arrears. When called they absolutely couldn't do it any time soon-at least 3-4 days. This company does not care about its customers. It used to be the best around to do business with, but it is now the lowest of the low!
