Eastern Shore Glass is one stop shopping for all your glass needs. I needed replacement glass for three windows which were 17 years old and had broken seals. Within forty-eight hours of my initial call Eastern Shore Glass sent someone to measure the three windows that needed repair. Forty-eight hours later I received a call with an estimate. Based on the estimate I ordered the glass and within a week I received a call stating the glass had arrived and forty-eight hours later it was installed.



During the process of replacing the glass in my windows I communicated with two staff members and two installers and in each interaction I found each team member was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.



I found out purely by accident, from a very satisfied customer, that Eastern Shore Glass also frames mirrors and installs custom made glass shower enclosures.



Based on my positive experience with the glass installation I have ordered a new glass shower enclosure and frame for our bathroom mirror, so I have no reservations recommending Eastern Shore Glass for window glass replacements. Once the shower enclosure and mirror frame have been installed I will provide a review sharing that experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Eastern Shore Glass Company, Inc.. If every company would treat their customers like they do the world of commerce would be a better place.

They replaced 15+ window panes in my house and their service man was always courteous, friendly, polite, knowledgable, tidy and prompt. He was fantastic. The entire team at Eastern Shore Glass Glass Company, Inc understand that the customer is the reason why they are in business. They take the saying "treat others as you want to be treated" to another level.

In a day and age where too many companies are all about the numbers it is a breath of fresh air to know you can count on a company to do the right thing and not take advantage of you.

I am in the process of selling said house and have since moved out of state. My realtor wanted to use another company to fix "broken" hardware on two windows. The quote was silly. I insisted on using Eastern Shore Glass Company, Inc because of the service I received in the past. They informed me the hardware was not broken but needed an adjustment. They not only adjusted the two windows in question but every window in the house and only charged me $60 for a service call!!! The other company wanted that much per window plus a service call fee. I would strongly recommend Eastern Shore Glass Company, Inc. to everyone!
