California Nails

If I could give this nail salon no stars I would this was absolutely the worst service I ever had. They didn't even have one nail specialist on staff to do acrylic nails. I went with three others the first thing we had said was two acrylic full sets and two shallac sets and four pedicures. They said no problem they took two of use for pedicures immediately we sat in the chairs for about ten mins before the even turned on the water. Two more people came in the sat them in additional chairs and began working on them before us and we where there first and had waited an additional 45 mins to even received the pedicure which they then rushed through the pedicure they advised us the couldn't even do our fullset instead of allowing us to choose to go to another salon so we could get the service we came in for they allowed us to believe that we would be able to get the services we expected. Not even that they started working on my friend and in the middle of her pedicure not once not twice but several times would stop working on her and work on another person so not only did we wait for a service the was terrible they weren't properly staffed and they had horrible customer service and allowed us to get services knowing the couldn't assist with all services we required for that specific occasion. I will never give them my business again I was horrified and they new we were unsatisfied with the services and didn't appoligize for our inconvenience.

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, THEY MESS UP YOUR NAILS TO THE POINT WHERE YOU WILL WANT TO RIP THEM OFF RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I USUALLY GO TO ANOTHER WOMAN WHO IS EXCELLENT BUT TODAY SHE COULDNT FIT ME IN AND I NEEDED A FILL BAD, FIGURED I WOULD GO BY CALIFORNIA NAILS FOR A FILL.. WORST MISTAKE EVER. THE WOMAN IS VERY RUDE, DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING NOT TO MENTION I JUST FINISHED RIPPING ALL THE NAILS OFF AND NOW NEED TO GET A WHOLE NEW SET. DO NOT GO THERE ALL THEY WILL DO IS MESS UP YOUR NAILS LITERALLY. MY NAILS ARE NOT ONLY NOT EVEN SHE MADE ME MIDDLE FINGER OF MY LEFT HAND WAY SHORTER THAN WHAT I ORIGINALLY HAS THE REST OF THEM AT. VERY MAD RIGHT NOW.

This nails salon is horrible. People working there are not friendly at all, they turn your hands very hard and almost hurt you. They are talking to you without respect and they never listen what you are asking for.



The job done is very bad. The nails are uneven, the polish has bubbles.



They don't say hello, thank you or goodbye and they even spend the time on their phone while they are working on your nails.



I really do not recommend this salon, prices are cheap but still too expensive for what they do !!!!



I went there several times because it is really convenient for me, but today was the last day!!
