Butler County Medical Center, one of the centers operated by Prexus Health partners, is a full-service surgical hospital. The center is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and Accreditation for Ambulatory Health Care. It is licensed to perform a wide variety of surgical procedures, including general, ear, nose and throat, ophthalmology, orthopedics, urology, plastic, podiatry, gynecology and endoscopy.
