100% agree with devonly. This company is a total fraud. If you are looking to have your carpet professionally cleaned, do yourself a favor, steer clear from United Pro Clean. You will not regret it.

I won't say much but I let you be the judge...

I purchased a $59 groupon deal ($199 value) to have my 2 bedroom apartment carpet cleaned and this is what I got:

- I called on Wednesday, and was scheduled for today's service. Quick service. A+

- The service won't cover stain removal. If you want that, it will be an extra $35/room. If you want him to just remove the stains (which I did not understand) it will be $50 for my 2 bedroom apartment.

- It took the serviceman less than 30 minutes to clean my entire apartment.

- And, from what I could observe, I did not see any detergent/cleaning product used.



- The servicean will pass through an area once - spot or no spot; high traffic area or not.



I checked the fine prints on groupon, I cannot find any mention of stain removal being extra.



I called groupon and reported my experience, they confirmed that such thing should have been mentioned in the fine prints.



I checked United Pro Clean's website and they claim to be affordable and "have no reason to bury fees in a sea of dollar signs."

This company is completely unprofessional. My quote I got over the phone seemed pretty reasonable, however when the technicians showed up and priced out how much things would cost it was almost 3 times higher than the phone quote. Turns out the phone quote was just for the basic clean, which according to the description doesn't get the stains out of the carpet. If you want to get your carpets really clean you need to upgrade to a more expensive treatment. Then they charge extra for berber carpets, and they told me since my basement is large, it counts as 2 rooms. Finally after all these add-ons my quote was $700! $700 to clean an average sized basement, 12 steps and an 8x10 area rug. I was livid beyond belief! My original phone quote was $162. On top of all of this the techs showed up 2 hours late. the techs were very professional and I actually felt quite sorry that they work for such sheisters.

United Pro Clean came out to do my carpets yesterday and i am very happy with the results! Scheduling the service was very easy and they worked with my busy calendar. I work for US Army so i was happy to hear that United pro Clean offers 10% discount for government and Army employees. will recommend!

I bought groupon deal for $49 with United Pro Clean, Scheduling was a breeze, technician (Val) arrived on time and called me before as promised. I am very happy with the service and will use United Pro Clean in the future!

I never had my air ducts cleaned before and I am glad i chose United Pro Clean. I purchased a deal on Groupon for $39 that included 6 vents 1 main and 1 return ad to be honest i had no idea what is what. United pro Clean came out explained everything and counted all my vents mains and returns. I live in 3000sqft home so my system was little bit larger then i thought. Additional vents mains and returns brought the price to $370 at first i thought that as allot but then i called few other companies (Sears,Vclean and few other local companies) and everyone else was over $500 for the size of my system and everything United Pro Clean was planing to do. Guys ware uniformed equipment was clean and well maintained. i felt comfortable with United Pro Clean in my home and was very happy with the results! Will Recommend to everyone who need Air Duct Cleaning.

I don't usually take time out of my busy schedule t write reviews but in this case i will make an exception. United Pro Clean came out to do Air Duct Cleaning And Carpet Cleaning at my home on 4/19/13 and did an amazing job! it has been few days and the air quality in my home improved tremendously, my allergies died down and i can breath freelly. Guys that came out Joe/Alex did a very thorough work and explained everything in clear detail. I have 4 systems in my home and my past air duct cleaning usually cost between $1500 to $2200 i only paid $1300 with United pro and the service was twice as good then from the companies in my past! United did an awesome job on my air ducts. Technician Otar showed me before and after pictures and explained everything before he started. People at the office ware very friendly too when i was booking my appointment. All around a great experience and ill diffidently recommend to everyone i know!
