Mvi Realty

When I first arrived in Alaska with my family I went to Mvi. They were unreliable, rude, and extremely overpriced. We wanted to rent. The lady who was working with us said " We are here for the buyers, NOT the renters". Although she didn't say it in a mean way, she still said it...I found that to be odd. Why would someone say that to a customer even if it were true. That doesn't even make sense. Their customers are trying to get their houses rented out and that is how they talk to the clients. Terrible customer service. If you have a pet, you might want to consider NOT working with MVI also. We found such a great deal just driving around the neighborhood looking for "FOR RENT" signs. We now live in a great place. There is no need to go through MVI. Also, if you are buying there are so many other great local places to do business with other than MVI. We went to Madden and Coldwell Banker also, they are Good!
