I really think everyone should go here! My family and I have bring our business to them for years and they have always did a great job, everything was done on time and right way! You are not going to find many business in the Greater Sacramento area that been in business as long they have!
I tell all my friends and family to go here; everyone I know who come here have the same report as I do. They do it right and the prices are great too.

I took my truck in for a new stereo system. I wanted something with Bluetooth and a back-up camera and great (clear, clean) sound with plenty of bass. Stefan was awesome putting together a system that exceeded my expectations! I love the new system! I got a better system then what the Big Box store quoted me and it was nearly $500 less than their quote. I love promoting local small businesses and this is why. If you need a stereo, alarm system, window tint ... call S D Enterprise, Stefan will take great care of you!

We are very happy with the service that this company has given us. We have had several alarm systems installed several years ago and just recently had a stereo installed. The total price for the installation of the stereo, which included a wiring harness, adapter kit and a steering wheel controls interface was significantly less than the big box stores! After they installed the stereo, they spent quite a bit of time with us to show us how everything works. The job was completed quickly within the time that they said it would take. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!

I would not recommend these guys to pimp your ride. They were very unprofessional. The reason why I took my car to them was because one of my friends told me that they could do the job. They did a neat job on my car on the first phase of upgrading but when I had to take my car again for installing additional accessories, I was not satisfied with the result. It seemed like they did the job in a very rush manner but I really needed my car back at that time because first of all, we agreed that they could do the job on the date that we agreed on and second of all, I really needed to use my car at that time because I had a very important appointment and I didn’t have time to go back and forth to my expense just to fix the mess that they did. My concerned was, if they could not make the job on time, why not called and informed me what was going on instead of telling me on the last minute and also I was the one who called them first to check the status of the project. I think calling a customer and letting them know in advance what was going on regarding their car and the job were not really a big of a hassle on their part. All I can say is that they need to improve their communication skills in terms of their customer service if they want their business to grow. I would not go back to this place ever, just a waste of my time and my money. Not worthy.
Hmm trying to remeber this one car, out of the thousands of cars we do every year. I'm sorry you may not have been informed at an appropriate time, however we do try to inform everyone in a timely manner. If there was a failure in product at time of install, and or you had a newer vehicle that required a lot of time on the phone with tech support, to troubleshoot your problem those issues do take time, also we do have to wait on the phone to talk to a tech support person so that needs to be considered also. I'm a 20+ year install tech and have degrees in electronics however when working with new vehicles and products we do encounter problems. Most jobs can be accomplished in one day however there are times where it may take more time and we usually know which vehicles they are. We sincerly appologize for your inconvience but with out more information as to what type of vehicle and install was performed there is no proper way to respond other than to apologize. As to communication to our customers, every once in a while we cannot read your writing if you put in your number or perhaps you wrote down the wrong number again we aplogize.
