        Overall

        Didn't make it past the front desk before turning around and leaving. Older woman very rude. Check your email, it's your fault you gave me the wrong class time. Then you're rude to me? Really? Amongst other things, you said, "you're late!" and "who told you that?!" I'm a customer service expert and that, my lady is NOT customer service. Good luck
