Rosalie's Hair Fashions

I just had to post a comment after my experience with Rosalie's. I went in for a boys haircut (five yrs. old). I was SHOCKED when I was told it cost $18.00. While I was pleased with the haircut I don't believe it was worth $18.00. I called around to other salons in the same town and was told that a boys cut starts out at $8.00, up to $12.00. I did not ask before hand what the cost would be because I assumed it would cost no more than $12.00. That's what I get for assuming! However, I believe the person charging that should feel bad for charging that much as it is very unreasonable! I don't even pay that much for my own haircut!
