Daycare ABC

I am so glad to have made the decision to take my two children to the ABC Daycare. The provider, Zineb, is like a mother to all her children at the daycare. They love her and I can't see why they shouldn't. She has a great curriculum for the children and I watched my kids learn and grow quickly because of the extensive focus and dedication she gives each child. She's the best! This daycare is the best! Great pricing also.

ABC Daycare has been a second home for my child for the past 3 years and I can proudly say that it is truly one of a kind. The owner gives so much 1-1 time to each child and her home makes my child feel at ease. It helps me go to work knowing that my child is in a safe environment. The providers also teach the children and engage them in such enriching and fun filled activities. Definitely 5 stars material!

At first, She was very welcoming, and I enjoyed taking my child there. I started to notice red flags when she would try to discuss her personal business and other children's academic issues with me. This made me uncomfortable. My child also became very upset at drop-offs which was out of the norm because he used to love it there. At times, in the morning she began to be very grumpy and would raise her voice, and my child seemed on edge. This was the complete opposite of how he used to react to her. I requested a parent teacher conference and she gave me a hard time about it. We finally did sit down to speak, and she was very rude, she had to be reminded to use her inside voice with me, and she told me that my questions about my child were "stressing her out." She continued on saying that she has 10 children, and our 15 minute meeting was pointless. She said she did 6 years of schooling and that I have no reason to ask questions about my son. She did not know that I not only was a College graduate, but I am director certified to work in a center. I felt very disrespected. I usually call each day when I am at work to see how my little one is doing, she told me that she does not have time for my check ins. I have a right to see how my child is. I call during nap hours and shes never seemed bothered by it until our meeting when she revealed her feelings. She went on saying that she does not get paid enough by the parents or myself to do all that she does. She said I should take my $127.00 and go get a nanny. She belittled me putting a price on my childs well-being and education. I have never been so disrespected by a care giver EVER. I myself work with children, and there needs to be a professionalism there; she lacks it. I am disturbed, my son no longer goes there. She was too emotionally unstable, and very UN-professional. :(
