Superior Carpet Cleaning

James provided honesto information and quick service. I love that he provided the proper expectations of what our carpet would look like once he was finished! I would highly recommend!

If I could leave negative 5 stars, it would be too good for this company.

They did the upstairs of my 1800sq ft house in less than 15 minutes and left without so much as a thank you, have a nice day or go to hell. They also left my front door standing wide open.

We went upstairs to view their work and found dog vomit stains from the previous day still there, along with many other areas we felt should have come clean so we broke out our own steam cleaner and the spots came right up. Worst of all, the water from our steam cleaner was filthy, indicating they didn't really clean much, if anything. We spot cleaned several other areas and found the same results - filthy water, dark spots and stains removed. All of this was filmed and will be uploaded to this site shortly for your viewing pleasure.

Within 10 minutes of them leaving, I had sent an email through the company website and my wife called. We didn't receive a response until Tuesday, at which point the 'owner', Mark, claimed 'I don't check emails, my dad set that up 20 years ago'.

Mark was very rude, condesending and even mocked my wife with an "oh, you have video, I'm scared' when informed that we had filmed the entire episode. Some of his comments included: 'you let them leave, so it's your fault', 'we'll come back out but we won't come when you want us to, you'll have to be available when we get there' and best of all, 'I'm not giving you your money back'.

Well, guess what Mark? My bank has already given me my money back and they will be coming to you to get their money back very shortly. And, while my videos may not 'scare' you, I certainly hope they will deter others from hiring your worthless company that mocks their customers and refuses to stand behind their work. Instead of insulting your customers, you may want to consider addressing the poor work that your employees are doing, thus giving YOUR company a bad reputation.

They did an excellent job. We had 2 chairs that were in desperate need of a good cleaning. They look beautiful now thanks to Superior Carpet Cleaning!

Well, I can't say enough about how hard these guys worked to get my white rug white again. They must have spent 2 hours. I had spilled some food on it and needed it perfect again. I thought it was a lost cause, but when it dried, it was like new! And it smelled wonderful - better than new! I'll come back to them again and again. It was their low prices that got me to call in the first place, but it's their professionalism and dedication to the job that will keep me coming back!

After the Holidays My carpet looked so dirty,,, I called them today and they fit Me in , What I loved was they were very Polite and explained to Me what they could clean on My carpet and what they couldn't , It came out looking great and smells wonderful.. The price was exactly quoted and the price did not change

My water heater just burst and water was everywhere! They got here Asap and really saved the day! Thanks again for doing a superior job! Highly recommend! Thanks

I own a rental property that was completely trashed by my former renters. Pet stains, drink stains, smells, dirt, and fleas. The tile was so dirty and covered in crud in the kitchen that a mop would not do the job. I called and the owner gave me tips about the fleas and fit me in the next day. The carpets look 100 times better and the carpet cleaned equipment even cleaned and sanitized the kitchen tile floor! Thank you Superior for your help! Ill be using them again for my rental properties and my own house.

I called Superior Carpet Cleaning this morning and they fit me in the same day! My dog had a few serious accidents on several carpets and it smelled awful! They cleaned up the stains and got rid of the smell. Now my carpets look, feel, and smell fantastic! Both guys were extremely nice and polite. They are affordably and fairly priced, as well. I absolutely will use this company again and have already recommended them to several friends!

This company was awful. They were in my 1600 sq foot house for less than ten minutes. They didn't even bother to attempt ANY stains or marks. After they left the carpets were beyond wet and left an awful chemical feeling. I had to redo the entire house myself. We had to get it done professionally for a move out and they were horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I called this company last minute and they were able to fit me in on the same day. They came out quickly and did an amazing job for an affordable price. If you need your carpets cleaned then this is the company to call.
