Castle Floor Care

Do not use this company. We paid them to repin our shutters. They came and only pinned the ones on the first floor and it was a horrible job. There was no consistency to where the pins were placed. I called repeatedly and asked the owner to come out and see the work that was completed and he assured me he would and would handle it. He never came out. I told him I would leave negative feedback if he did not come out and he still did not show up. I understand you can not control the quality of every workers work, however when a customer calls and complains you should do everything in your power to please the customer. At least come out and see what the complaint is about. There is no doubt in my mind if he had seen the quality of work that was completed he would understand. Disappointed Customer!!

Do not hire this company. Our appt time was for 1030, and were told the day of that the technician was behind and would be around 1230. When asking about this poor service, I was apparently to blame for MY lack of planning. Further discussion resulted in my appt being threatened with cancellation! Horrible business!
