I have been trying to get thru to this office for three days to schedule an appointment. Today I thought no matter what I am staying on the line until I get thru. I started off as 6th in line, 45 mins later I finally made it to 1st in line then after 5 mins of still waiting I was disconnected. I phoned back and went to the bottom of the que, 8th in line. When a person finally answered the phone after waiting again for over 40 mins, I was transferred to scheduling. No one answered!!! The receptionist finally took my number to have someone call me back. I told her I had been waiting for 2hrs for someone to answer and I got the impression this was the norm. She also stated that the scheduling personnel go to lunch from 12 to 1. And if people called during that time they just end up in the que waiting. There has got to be a better way of scheduling an appointment. ie schedule an appointment on-line, more personnel to handle the calls, a message stating office closed for lunch, automatic call back if a person has been waiting for 10 mins. This has to be the worst experience I have had booking an appointment for years.
