We were new to the landscape process and paid almost $3800 for the work. They are not part of the BBB or Angie's list and I found out that there is good reason for that. It is a family trio and the one thing they did consistent is listen to react rather than to understand after the check was paid.
Issue after issue, from plants almost dying and us having to move them ourselves, to them planting a wrong version of a tulip tree (a tulip proper versus the one we sent a picture of) that gets as big as an oak tree, right next to our house in the front landscape) to them ignoring the sprinkler heads and burying them so deep in extra dirt that some of them broke. They didn’t take responsibility for the broken sprinkler nor for anything else. They think the customer is always wrong. They aren’t experts. And they don’t pay attention to detail. They also are unprofessional and rude.

Excellent!

Earthscapes and Construction did a great job for us! They created a beautiful landscape design around unsightly utility boxes in our front yard. Now you hardly even notice them! They provided us with outstanding customer service! The installation was done with great efficiency and clean up! We highly recommend this company for all your landscape needs, big or small!
