I would give it a negative 1000 stars if i could! they ruined my 650 DOLLAR JACKET! and didn't say a word about it, they didn't even apologize. They attached a printed note saying that they acknowledge that the item has been damaged!! there wasn't even an apology! and they have custom made note cards for that kind of stuff? I guess they ruined a lot of peoples' stuff before since they have custom made note cards that they attach to ruined items! ALSO everything came back pretty harsh, the materials were super soft before i had them dry cleaned. worst place ever.
