        Poor service, poor management, and customer satisfaction is not a priority.

        I phoned my order in for take out. The employee failed to give me my receipt, which would not have been a problem, except I was dissapointed when I served the pizza to my father for supper, and he said that the meat was spoiled on it. I then brought the pizza back for a refund. He would not refund my money, because iI was unable to show my receipt. I provided my name and home phone number when I ordered. All he would offer is an in-store credit. I wish that I would have seen the star rating system. I won't dine at Broadway St. in Eugene, OR location, nor would I recommend it!
