During the last few years before his entry into semi-retirement, Bob also provided services as a mediator in each of these areas, including for the Oregon Court of Appeals mediation panel.

School Districts: Attorney Joe B. Richards has represented school districts in Oregon for over 30 years, regularly representing 13 school districts in the Willamette Valley.
