Vintage Reflexions Landscape & Design

Very unprofessional and flaky. Does not seem to know what he is doing and most of the plants died with the system he set up. Also he made a fence with large gaps so it doesn't even serve its function. He took forever to complete the project and many days he wouldn't show and wouldn't offer an explanation. After the project was completed he ignored all my communication when problems began to arise. I paid him a large amount of money and feel like I was taken advantage of. I completely regret hiring him.
