A Guy and A Girl Heating & Cooling

I was very impressed by Steve and the other technicians from "A Guy and A Girl Heating and Cooling". I highly recommend this company. To provide some background, I was dealing with my home warranty company and I spent 10 days in 85'+ weather without AC. The home warranty company was not able to get a tech to come out for me, due to lack of availability, so they gave me authorization to use an outside tech. I called a Guy and a Girl Heating and Cooling since they were recommended by a peer at my wife's employer. When I spoke to Steve, I explained my HVAC problem plus I had to deal with a Home Warranty company. He said it would be no problem to work with the home warranty company. When he came out, he was able to diagnose my problem in 10 minutes. He had me up and running in no time. He also stated our unit still had some good mileage on it (5 - 8 years). After some discussion, I could tell he was very knowledgable. He explained I had a fairly simple but common problem. I also found out he was also a certified trainer. I will continue to do business with "A Guy and a Girl Heating and Cooling" when I have future HVAC needs.

Just to provide a comparison, I did had another company come out previously and they spent 4 hours but could not diagnose my problem. They stated I needed parts and would get back to us. We never heard from them again.
