Erie Yellow Cab

I've not seen a taxi cab since I moved to Erie

I had a pretty good experience both times I rode! I always call ahead when needing a pick up to my work! So haven't been waiting for a long time.Even though it cost me 34.50 for a fare one way,the driver was very nice and got me there 30 minutes early! I do recommend them!Driver was courteous and talked to me when I was having a bad morning.Very nice guys!

Absolute BS. They took well over an hour to come and pick me up, even though my house is only 10 minutes away from their company. "We'll be there in a few minutes" my a**.

Pathetic. Usually takes an hour or two to get a cab, always after they say "It will be within the next 45 minutes".

The woman who answers the phone is like a raging b**ch, extremely rude attitude! She told me to wait for 40 minutes for the cab and I decided to cancel it after waiting for an hour! She called me back and shouted at me. Her mother really did a lousy job on her. I wonder how a person like her got hired. The cab smelt horrible too.Such a pathetic company and service!

Consistently the most pathetic example of a poorly operated company. Awful etiquette, pathetic sense if urgency, never an apology for a mistake, and probably the most consistent group of liars and thieves I've ever had the displeasure of crossing.

Ive never talked to such rude phone operator in my life! See if I recommend calling this taxi service
