Beez Appliances

We've been using Beez Appliances now for almost 5 yrs. And buy all of our stoves & refrigerators off of them for all our rentals, and our personal home!!! Never have we not been satisfied with anything we've purchased or with any service call period!!! The staff are very friendly and very helpfull!!! We at G&L Enterprises will continue to our business with Beez where we're always pleased!!

I purchased a stove & refrigerator in May 2016 from them & they were working fine..so I purchased an upright freezer on June 2, 2106 & on July 2, 2016 it stopped working..It had a 6 month warranty but it being it happened on Saturday night & a holiday weekend..I lost everything that I had in the freezer over $200.00 in meat etc..I called them on Tuesday and spoke to Robert (owner) & he tells me that they don't service my area..I live in Dunkirk, NY..that I would have to bring it back to the store so they could see if they could repair it..I told him I wasn't told this when I purchased any of my appliances..I just was told that they didn't deliver to Dunkirk, NY not even paying them extra..so I had to pay $80.00 to bring my appliances 2 different times..so in order to get my freezer looked at I would have to pay again $80.00 to take it to the store..he told me that they tell everyone the same thing that they don't service out of town..READ FULL REVIEW ON PICTURE BELOW!!!!!!

I called Beez Appliances to ask whether they carried something I was looking for. Unfortunately they did not have anything like what I needed at the time, however it is worth noting that the lady who answered my call (unfortunately I did not get a first name) was extremely friendly and helpful. After spending a good portion of the day calling different businesses to find what I needed I can honestly say she was by far the most helpful. And just so friendly. They were not able to help me this time but I will most definitely give them business and recommend them based on how they came across with this lady. It is so very rare to find someone these days with a sincere desire to help and make you feel welcome to call.

BTW, she sounded cute. Which is always good.
