Overall

Seibert Automotive is the best! Family business, they are very thorough, communicate very well with updates about repairs. Myself, family and friends, have used Seiberts for many years. I trust them whole-heartedly. They are honest, will not rip you off, and they repair and return your vehicle in a very timely manner. Seibert Automotive is absolutely Top-Notch! Can't say enough positive about them!

Overall

I only bring my vehicles to Brian Seibert, and Seibert Automotive. They are a family business with great morals, and true honesty. The guys do a stellar job with everything from major mechanical work to changing the oil. I choose to bring my vehicle to Seibert Automotive over taking it to the dealership and especially a chain. They are a local small business that produces nothing but excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall
my car repair experience with seibert

i have had my honda in their shop for 2 weeks now, and havent received any information from them YET!!! i need an alternator, and the guy working on it, name John, said he couldnt get the hood open, was worried about hood damage, because it is carbon fibre, and that "business has snowballed on him", and a couple other lame excuses. today, two weeks later, john didnt seem apologetic about stalling out my job, and wasnt phased that i have been waiting for a call with an estimate for two weeks. i have called them every 3-4 days hoping to hear something new, with no reply or good excuse for taking 2 weeks. i got the impression that because they dont get to screw the insurance companies on the repair, because i am paying for it myself, then it wasnt an important repair. this has ruined their credibility in my eyes, and they dont seem to care. they boast 30 years experience each, yet cant get a hood open? sounds like some bullcrap to me. i agreed to let them redeem themselves by giving them one more day to pull it together and give me an estimate on cost and when the job would potentially be done.... john said i would receive a call with that estimate tomorrow(oct 23,2008) afternoon,... so we will see.i'm so frustrated and unnerved that i really doubt they'll pull it together.

In response to Mr. Edwards complaint about the length of time it has taken to repair his vehicle, he has failed to mention a couple small details. First, the vehicle has not ran since 2005 and has been setting behind the tatoo shop where he works for over a year. Second, it has had the engine replaced with a supercharged engine. This is not a factory engine and the person who put the engine in did not even finish the installation. As far as whether the vehicle needs an alternator, well we have to get the engine running first to test the electrical system. we are the third shop that the tow company has towed this vehicle to and nobody wants to work on this science project. As far as Mr. Edwards calling every day, that wasn't happening either. He works acrossed the street and told us to work on it when we had time. The vehicle was towed out and sat acrossed the street for several months until the tatoo shop went out of business and then was towed away.
