They are very happy to talk to you until you actually hire them and they come and pick up your stuff. They overschedule the guys who pick up the stuff, then if you are moving out of state all of your belongings go to their warehouse in Miami and they FARM out the delivery of your stuff to another company altogether. Then when you stuff arrives and is damaged, they no longer answer their phones, return your calls or answer your emails. I would be hesitant to use them if I were you, and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. They picked up on 6/18 and delivered on 7/4/11

I want to take a moment to thank Certified Relocation for the terrific job their team did moving us on July 10th from New Jersy to New York City. It was a very hot day and everyone did their best to keep things moving in a timely fashion.



The team leader, Luna, was outstanding and always on top of everything - very polite, keeping a perfect balance between work and much needed breaks for his team during the sweltering heat. The rest of the group: Armondo and Carlos worked very hard and were also very polite and considerate.



Certified Reloation did a great job of providing a fair and accurate quote, provided a professional team and did a terrific job under demanding conditions. Thank you very much!

Certified Relocation’s service and professionalism stood a mile out from the competition. During the quote process, Ofir was a dream. He took the time to really understand what I was moving, that I wouldn't be on site during packing, accommodated my last minute dates, explained my options, made recommendations and gave me a very fair quote. And, I knew the quote was all inclusive and that I could trust I wasn't going to get a different story and add-ons come moving day (which has happened to me more often than not).



John and his crew packed my items, and even though I had to manage the move remotely (by phone no less), everything got here, beautifully packed. The movers were awesome in making sure the details were worked out and carried everything up - three flights of narrow stairs and didn't leave until they felt I was taken care of (even after I told them it was fine - they pointed to things that they thought I might want to move from one end of the room to the other - and they were right.)



The entire team was a dream and somehow they made moving seem easy. Thanks guys.

AMAZING JOB! I had some VERY heavy screen printing equipment, weighing approximately 200-300lbs, in a basement. One piece had to be carried up a narrow flight of stairs, and the other two had to be lifted out of a sidewalk cellar door-basically a hole in the ground. Three guys came (the owner included), strapped the machines, and hoisted them out.



They were extremely careful with my equipment and did the job in a timely manner. They are professional, thorough, and quite friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Quick, friendly and professional....Certified Relocation was great! I was referred by a friend and couldn't be happier with my experience. We had a long distance office move and our inventory changed several times and they were patient with our new requests. One of the staff even called us on his vacation to verify that everything was set up for our move! We were notified throughout the moving process exactly where our inventory was and when it would be delivered. It was a pleasure working with Certified and I highly recommend them! Thanks to Ofir and Mike for making our office move a very positive experience!
