I wish I could review this place zero stars, but yellow pages doesn't let me. Here's the story as to why the service here is absolute blasphemy. My friend and I went to get our passports today. We came with all of the paperwork and understood that usually something always manages to wrong when filing this paperwork. It turns out that I couldn't pay for the passport with a credit card, I could only use my debit card. So I had to load money into my checking account from my savings. The man who helped us, a really nice guy, told us that he would be on his lunch break by the time we got back from Webster bank, but there would be another employee to help us. In no later than 15 minutes we came back and ask for the other employee who then told us that she can't help us because she is going on her lunch break soon so we would have to comeback in an hour just to see the first guy! I understand this is a state job, but an hour lunch break seems kind of far out.
My friend and I just decided to get food and wait seeing as though there wasn't much we could do. When we cameback an hour later, the gentleman that first helped us called us back into his office and got us situated. We finished the paperwork and had to pay at the front desk. The lady at the front desk that carried out our transaction is named Lisa. In case there is another Lisa, I want to clarify that she is the one with half gray hair and speaks with a tone that sounds like she hates her job. She barked at the gentleman that helped us and said that there was a man already waiting to file his passport paperwork while he was on his lunch break, not knowing that we were already there even before the nice employee went on his luch break! Regardless, she should not have said that in front of us or any other customers. Seeing as though it was now awkward, I thought it would be the end of it. Lisa then turns to us and tells us that we shouldn't have went first because there was another man supposedly already waiting. My friend explained how we were actually here over an hour and a half ago and just had to stop at the bank. She then tells us we just made her lose a customer with her attitude, monotone-based womasplaining voice. I have never heard of an employee that blamed customers for their own piss service. We were responsible for losing them a customer? Maybe if they didn't have hour lunch breaks the man would have been taken care of. Furthermore, this post office permenatly lost us as customers soley because of Lisa's ignorant attitude.

Overall
Unreliable place to do busines...

Unreliable place to do business with. My wife needed to pick up her medication which in which she was told it would be held there for her. When she arrived the short pudgy woman behind the counter told us she sent it back. When we asked her why she sent it back, she said she was sick of looking at it.

This is now a huge problem. We have to catch a plane tomorrow and now because of an ignorant Postal employee we have to change our plans.
