Cashway Oil

After placing an order with cashway, they took our money and never delivered the oil (until 3 freezing days later). After calling (MULTIPLE) times, they put us off day by day, stating that they were too busy, even though we were out of oil, and this was their goof. We purchased diesel cans, and made several trips into town ($120 in diesel alone) including during the snow storm (which they promised to deliver in spite of). Customer service and emergency desk folks really helpful and nice, but totally useless. Now they refuse to return calls or reimburse us for the diesel (forget about the hassle and time wasted on the phone!). I'm simply glad we had the ability (lifting 5G diesel cans to chest height), means (money, vehicle, cans) and knowledge to get us through. What if I were less able!? I've been with Cashway for over 7 years (if not longer). The price is very compatible if not cheaper than other local companies (I usually called at least a few other companies to compare the price but ended up with them every time). Always professional & accommodating. They don't have their own service department but work with CDM services which also very professional. Highly recommend.
