Owner is extremely unprofessional. I had granite installed in a house we're renovating. The granite color is great, but there is pitting in the surface. The pits are pretty deep, and can be seen as well as felt. I called F&F Custom Construction to ask the owner to come and inspect the granite. His response was that all granite has pits. When I pointed out that I have three types of granite in my home, none with pits, the owner responded that SOME granite has pitting. I asked why the sales person did not mention that when I purchased the granite. The owner then replied that I had seen the stone at the store. The stone I saw was lined up outside in a stack of about 25 other slabs of granite, so I only saw 7-8 inches of the left hand side of the granite. The owner refused to come out to see the granite or do anything about how badly the pitting is. The quality of their product is poor and their customer service is worse. Save yourself the hassle & purchase your granite elsewhere.
