Equisolar

Equisolar's customer service is non-existent once they have installed solar to your house. My mom, who is a senior citizen, had solar installed in April of 2014 by Equisolar. Equisolar guaranteed that enough energy would be created and that she should even get a rebate at the end of her billing cycle. In November of 2014, she called to ask them about how much is being generated because according to her energy bill, she is not making enough to cover what she uses. And called, and called...a sales person finally returned her call in Jan of 2015, 2 months and several calls later. After faxing her bills 2 times, they got back to her and said they would install 2 additional panels in March. It is now July 15, 2015 and they still have not installed the 2 panels they promised 4 months ago. It doesn't help to call, because no one returns calls in a timely manner. I have never had the experience of such awful customer service.

I am very impressed with the service that this company provided. They helped me understand how solar works and gave me a great reason to own. Now that I have a set power rate and can manage my expenses I may just have enough money to go on that vacation I always wanted.

I had a good experience. My system was well priced and it works great.

I am paying next to nothing for power and thanks to the team at Equisolar. Finding this solar company in California was not easy I am glad that they have a great sales team that could explain why going solar is a great idea. I am very pleased with my choice and my new solar system.
