I normally don’t write reviews but I must say over the holiday period we were in need of help and this company came to our rescue. Other companies were saying they could not get to us until Monday and if they were available they were going to charge and astronomical fee just to come out and diagnose the problem. We called this company and they came out in a busy evening and fixed our problem 1-2-3. Not only did he fixed that problem another potential problem was identified and was taken care of on the spot. What a business saver. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I called this company in an emergency in dire need to have a much needed piece of equipment fixed in short notice. Not only did they come out they provided information over the phone which prevented the equipment from further damage. Their knowledge and expertises was top notch. Will definitely use them again and refer to others.

i have been using patrick at tropical mechanical for over 7 years for my bakery....he is honest, trustworthy and the best mechanic around.....i had several issues with a commercial refrigerator and had two other companies come in to fix it...which simply created more of a problem and more expense,....i serched for another mechanic and found Patrick....who is like a engineer
.... he knows the equipment and very honest.....can can repair anything in a timely fashion....from freezers dying on memorial day.....to ice machines not functioning in july....to water heater pumps and blodget ovens malfunctioning...he will always ask can it wait until monday if it is a weekend....no surprises here...he is the real deal...i have recommened him to several other local businesses and they have all thanked me.....

Called them for my biz on Saturday to see if they could repair a refrigeration unit that was critical to our operation. Patrick's response was - without even knowing the issue - "for what I will charge you to get me to come there on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, buy a new one." Arrogant moron. Never liked his work anyway. Had another person come out who fixed it for us in 30 minutes and got us running.

I have never spoken to someone as rude as the person I spoke to today. Called for a service call at my place of work and I believe the man's name was Steve (not to sure) that answered. Not only was he nasty and hung up on me twice for no reason, he did not no very much about the trade, (i guess he just answers phones). Not very professional and good for business. I hope the owner sees this review and speaks to or gets rid of this man befor they lose more business or accounts.
