Manchester Body Shop

While on vacation in upstate New York in mid-May, I had a car accident. My front bumper was essentially ripped off, and I didn't know what other damage there might be. A local Toyota dealer sent me to Manchester Body Shop, and things couldn't have gone better. Owner Mike Ryan helped me with my insurance company's online photo/claim app, worked with my insurer, which accepted his estimate in full, and was able to complete the repairs in full in time for me to drive back upstate to pick up my car only a few days after the parts came in. He also picked me up at the rental car company so that I didn't have to take a taxi -- and its on the Friday of the holiday weekend, when his shop was closed. I couldn't be happier with Mike Ryan and the Manchester Body Shop and recommend them highly.

Worst place to go! Do not go there! The guy is lazy and rude! They did a half a-- job on everything! The paint doesn't even match at all! The headlights weren't installed right and they flop around, and the car is still making noise and they won't help at all!...

I love this place. The people who work at Manchester are so nice and they remember who you are. Even when you walk in over a month after you were in for an estimate.
