        Unprofessional, technically inept. I hated dealing with the serviceman and it wasn't any better dealing with the owner. It was 4 months of frustration for something that could have been fixed in a week.

        Don't waste your time with this business

        Do NOT waste your time with this business. They (the owner and an employee) visited our home many times to fix an appliance. Every time we were charged approximately $700 and nothing was fixed. The appliance is in the same state was it was before they showed up the first time. They spent more time on the phone than actually evaluating the problem. They have poor customer service and no knowledge whatsoever about appliances.

        Save yourself the time AND money...find another place to fix your appliances right.
