this place sells subpar equipment. i purchased a walk in shower kit. in which they were selling on ebay. when i sent them questions about the shower they told me they would cut me a price break to buy directly from them and surpass ebay. in my better judgement i did. i have had nothing but trouble from the very start. from poor shipping times, to parts missing and now parts are failing left and right. the LED water bars have malfunctioned and no longer work. the valves are corroded, poorly made and will not turn. the digital display malfunctions and will not work correctly. i have spent thousands of dollars on plumbers to come and work on this thing. its been horrible.. they dont have any parts. they say they are trying to find some in stock but they cant get them.. i have a shower i spent over $2000 dollars on and thousands in installation and repair costs. they still wont send me the parts i need as they dont have them. i requested that they come and get the shower and give me my money back and they refuse... their products are junk.. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS
