Fireplace & Chimney Authority

Horrible!!!! They came to sweep and separated the chimney pipe from the firebox and now saying its not their fault and not doing anything about it.

I had a lock top damper installed 9 years ago with lifetime warranty written on the invoice. The technician assured me, if anything would go wrong it would be fixed or replaced. However, after the product fell apart, they did not want to replace it. After 2 months of communicating back and forth, the owner got involved and refunded my purchase price.
