I have spent $49,000.00 to have 4 AC - Gas Furnace units upgraded at my home and business in recent months.



I chose DPH Mechanical at a higher price based on the personal commitment of owner Don Harris that he personally stood behind the work of DPH Mechanical. DPH was paid promptly. I also included $1000.00 above the invoice amount due to their billing error.



DPH employees were courteous and professional.



I am unable to recommend DPH Mechanical to anyone in need of new or upgrades to their AC and Gas Furnace. In the past several months, several units have failed due to improper installation problems resulting from incorrect wiring, condensation drainage problems, and incorrect equipment parts.



As a Contractor myself, I could live with these issues if only DPH would promptly respond under the warranty.



There is absolutely NO CALL-BACK from DPH Mechanical after the sale. I have repeatedly called and emailed owner Don Harris and I have am forced to wait months.



I have had to call others for service when my heater failed at my home with single digit temperatures.



At my home incorrect wiring resulted in no AC this summer. The technician (a subcontractor to DPH) pointed out the control panel was incorrectly wired (jumped).



I still await three months for DPH to correct wiring problems so my gas furnace and humidifier will operate this fall.



I cannot recommend DPH Mechanical under any circumstances based on the owners failure to honor his installation commitment, and DPH complete disregard for the contractor warranty after the sale.



Do yourself a good deed and go elsewhere for a contractor that stands behind their work and a probable better price than DPH.

Used DPH to convert my home from LP to natural gas in Aug 2013. Here is the out come: Almost blew up my house because of a bad .50 washer. Ruined my clothes dryer and almost blew up my house for the second time. Didn't know how to install a tankless water heater which caused major problems during the holidays. Both the distributor and manufacturer had to get involved to fix the problems. Owner, Don Harris, changed quoted price for job and then wanted more money to fix his mistakes. This company is a real disaster so do not use!!!
