Very friendly staff that took very good care of our new yorkie. We will continue to use all of there services.

I took my Frengle (French Bulldog/Beagle) pup for an annual exam and everthing was satisfactory. Did not wait long at all and the staff was extremely friendly. I will be back.

I took my new German Shepard pup, Bruno to visit Dr. Stauder for his first check-up visit. She not only found that he had puppy worms, but went through and explained all the basics I needed to know about my new pup educating me for over an hour. The staff goes above and beyond here!

I recently took my two dogs to see Dr. Stauder at Manchester West Vet. They both received thorough exams, blood work, and had their teeth cleaned. The staff was courteous, quick, and kind. They called us twice after the procedure to check on our dogs. One had some liver problems and the other had kidney problems. Dr. Stauder was able to suggest foods and treats that would help the conditions improve. She was very helpful, and we are excited to have her as the pups new provider

I took my newly adopted dog for a checkup with Dr. Roberts. The staff upon entry were very friendly and helped guide me thru all the paperwork. When we met Dr. Roberts he was very kind and considerate and took a lot of time to get to know us. He as well covered all the initial checkup and offered to call him should I have questions or concerns. I'm very happy with them and can't say enough good things about their quality of customer service. I totally trust the care of my furry family member to Manchester West. I'm a very happy customer!!!!

I brought my puppy for initial well visit and received great care and information. I was given a puppy check sheet that covered all aspects of his care that will be needed as he grows . This is a great reference to keep and covers preventive care to behavioral management. Dr. Roberts spent a lot of time with exam and questions. Very pleased with this veterinary hospital.

We were referred to Dr. Bechtel and were delighted on our first visit. He is caring, thorough and very willing to discuss issues with you. We had to call him on a Sunday for an emergency and he was supportive and informative. This will be our long-term vet.

I was referred to Dr. Roberts by a friend for my senior dog Sammy. Dr. Roberts took great care and time to help my little guy and get to the root of his issue at this State of the Art Veterinary Hospital. No waiting 2-4 days for bloodwork or samples. The follow up from the Staff was so nice and unexpected. This is the place to trust the care of your furry family member.

I found this clinic when researching treatments for my dog with rear leg paralysis. They got us in very quickly and we started laser treatments that day. we are on the second laser treatment and time will tell how it goes. The staff and Dr. Stauder have been very nice and knowledgeable.

We took our new kitten to Manchester West and had a great experience. My husband and I are first time pet owners and all the doctors and staff were able to give us guidance and answer all the questions we had. Their hours are great and allow us to go without having to make arrangements at work.

We recently moved here from out of town and were referred to Manchester West. The staff was professional and friendly, and the facility was clean. We'll be back!

We recently brought our new puppy to see Dr. Matt Bechtel for her initial well-puppy visit. We were extremely appreciative of the time and care he took to examine her thoroughly and to answer each of our MANY questions. The facility itself is beautiful, and the entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is a first-class veterinary clinic and hospital that we plan to stay with for all of our pet's health needs.

After having a bad experience with another vet, I couldn't recommend Manchester West Veterinary Hospital more.

We recently adopted a dog, Charlie, that had been abandoned by his owners and was being fostered on a farm. The Manchester West staff let us bring Charlie in as soon as we got him, so they could help us identify his microchip company and make sense of his vet records. While we were there, we noticed a sore on his eye, and were able to come back the same day for an appointment with Dr. Stauder to have his eye checked, get a basic physical, and update his shots. I was impressed with how easily our needs were accommodated.



I was also impressed with their rates for grooming and boarding. We researched and visited several vets, groomers, and boarders before we brought Charlie home, and found Manchester West to have great prices and the convenience of having everything in one place.



I am pleased with my first experience with Manchester West and intend to stay with them.

Brought our 3 dogs to Manchester West for the first time last week after recently moving to the area from out of state. Had the pleasure of seeing Dr Bechtel, who was very sincere with our dos, all of whom are over 10 years old. We received a follow up phone call a few days later simply inquiring how the dogs were and if they were having any side affects from their vaccinations and then received note in the mail from Dr. Bechtel. This practice definitely goes the extra mile. I would recommend it to anybody that asks me about a veterinarian.

The staff here are so friendly and we were very impressed overall. Dr Bechtal is very compassionate and knowledgable. We are very happy with this veterinarian and highly recommend.
