I was very disappointed in their service. They took longer than they said and didn't fix the hard starting problem. The engine started running rough again and they blamed it on me and the gasoline.

I have several gas powered pieces of equipment I use around the yard from a rider to mowers, trimmers, edger, power washers, blowers etc. Everyone of them has been to A&M. I have used A&M for 4 years and have never been let down. They go the extra mile, explain the problem, and have more than once explained what could be done to help prevent the problem again in the future. They have given me the benefit of the doubt on several occassions and are very professional. I learned long ago that business is not about who can who can win, but creating a win-win and working together to solve a problem. A&M is all about win-win. I have recommended several neighbors to A&M and will continue to do so.
