I was the first person here and I waited an hour and a half to be seen by a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous !

My family has been to AllCare whenever they are sick on a weekend. They have always received the best care sometimes there is a wait and sometimes not depending on how busy they are. One time my son was so sick that Dr Kim called us at home the next day toask how we was doing! That went above and beyond. I'm glad they're there!

Beyond horrible treatment. I attempted to address my concerns with the receptionist not explaining the accurate reason for my visit and I was treated beyond poorly. I discussed my concerns and nothing was done about the situation at all. Because I complained about my services I was told I would not be allowed to receive services at the facility. I was shocked and beyond upset. Isnt urgent care supposed to help people with urgent health issues. Horrible!

Plan on waiting an hour and still not see the doctor. I went to this clinic today and while I sat in one of the examing rooms, I could hear the doctor and another patient next door conversing and laughing. It sounded like a social hour to me. I went out front after 45 mins to ask when the doc would be seeing me and I was told I was next in line. !5 mins later I left because I had to be somewhere else.

I had to bring my Mother into AllCare of MD and she is usually cranking and not willing to talk to any physician about anything... It was amazing... she is wheel chair bound and refuses to help anyone help her out of her chair but she was put at ease by one of AllCare of Maryland's 7 physicians who had a great bedside manner. My Mother opened up to the physician on duty and we were finally able to adjust her meds to make her feel better immediately! She went back to her assisted living facility in Howard County and was raving to her friends about AllCare of Maryland and the great care she received. Thank you AllCare of MD! I even signed up for the Zerona which is a body sculpting laser which really works. I lost 6 inches from my waist! I have finally done something for myself as well... Thank you AllCare of Maryland! I'll be back for some BOTOX too!

I went with a knee injury. I has been a nightmare. The receptionist processed my info and assured me I was fully covered. Later I got a bill for hundreds of dollars and was told that they don't even TAKE my insurance. I was lied to and expected to pay hundreds of dollars for THEIR mistake! Now I am fighting their collection agency and about to take them to court.
