Crummy Parking lot. I counted 7 people behind the pharmacy counter, still couldn't get a flu shot in half an hour. Had to leave. Went to Costco, 4 people behind the counter, done in 15 minutes. CVS lost a customer today...

The pharmacist at this store put my family's life in jeopardy because "it is [her] discretion". Justine Campbell was on duty and denied my 83 year old aunt insulin syringes and all she would say is it was her discretion and she doesn't sell them unless you buy insulin also. My aunt has her insulin she takes both fast acting and slow acting insulin and with all the stress of the trip has had to use more than she normally would. The pharmacist was so callous as to say I could take her to the ER, she won't give my 83 yr old aunt her insulin syringes that could save/cost her her life because she felt justified risking an old woman's life rather than possibly giving some drug addict clean syringes?! Shame on you Justine! But believe you me if anything happens to my aunt before we can get her what she needs to take her insulin a complaint like this one will be the least of Justine and CVS' problems because I won't stop until Justine loses her license and CVS gives my aunt a fat check.

Horrible all around. The pharm...

Horrible all around. The pharmacy is staffed by unsupervised teenagers. You may have to wait 45 minutes just to drop a prescription off. If there is a problem they don't tell you they just don't do anything. The rest of the store is just as bad. All brand name OTC medicines are under lock and key. If you need something you either need to search the store for one of their rare staff people who will then take 20 minutes to find the key from a manager. Or if you're really lucky, you can push a button that bellows "customer help needed in women's health aisle" over the loudspeaker and then you can wait for someone to help you to start the process.
