Excellent service! I read on here how as a women a lady felt comfortable here so I thought I would try, I've had some really bad experiences at some of the other places in town. I was so glad I went. Not only did they make me feel more than comfortable! The owners were in and that was nice to see, a family owned business who really cares about making sure their customers are satisfied! I left with a bunch off business cards to let others know about this place!

Not an honest person in the place. Tried to tell us that vehicle was not running right after alignment because of play in steering. Told daughter that they tried to fix a light issue, but now denied doing it,now truck will not run.

Very surprised by the positive reviews. They wanted to sell my parts for my car off of ebay that local part stores can get. The owner had a very smart mouth and very manipulative. I couldn't believe the disrespect he showed me when I questioned where he was getting my parts from. When I asked why he didn't buy local he said "I only do it when its necessary". But advance and oriely had my struts in stock. So he told my to have them install them. Horrible experience!!!

These guys just saved me thousands of dollars! Found a cool looking used sports car for sale. Took it to the experts here and they told me it had a blown head gasket. I can't thank them enough for warning me! Also, the receptionist is super charming and absolutely stunning :)

I went to this location to get my brakes checked. The manager was SUPER nice and helpful. They took me out to show me what exactly the problem was, even though I have no idea what I was looking at, but I felt good being a women that they took the time to walk me though everything. The price was very reasonable and I was given the option on a lesser price part or lifetime. I did not feel pressured in any way, actually it was very smooth. I would recommend this place for any work you need done. I will definitely be back with all my vehicles!!!!

Free alignment check, made a appointment for a alignment we had a pull on our caravan when driving, come to find out it was just low tire pressure, the still did a free alignment check to insure it was good, no charge. They are fast and ausome! Traveling and car broke down, they were busy but once they got the car in the repair went very fast.

Brakes needed, replaced already had a estimatie didn't tell them. When i recieved the price i couldn't believe it its was $300 BUCKS LESS! We knew we needed brakes but they was able to show us that the hardware was the issue and not the calipers. thumbs up SAS! clean comfy waiting room. Very profensonal. Did i say comfortable?

Go get my car checked out for a oil change and and tune up, I wind up leaving spending 300 dollars! 1st time anyone made me feel good about spending money on my car. Honestand dependable, they shown me worn parts and took the time to educate me on vehical maintance. We had no issues, so many times i go in to repair shops and leave with oil dripping on floor,or worried if the tech did what he suppose to. I got home and looked over their work, and found out they even cleaned my engine and rotated my tires for free, for service and and repairs I would tell anyone to go to SAS TIRE AND AUTO in elkhart. great customer service, makes you feel warm and trusting
