Our basement flooded and Powerhouse was there within 30 minutes to assess the situation and within another hour had crew on site to begin clean-up. We were so impressed at how pro-active they were, that we agreed to hire them to complete the entire clean-up and restoration. We were told that the entire job would be completed within 4-6 weeks. Everything went downhill from there. After drying everything out, progress was stop and go. There were always excuses as to why they couldn't be on the job. The quality of the trim work was awful. The laminate flooring was put down without planning the layout so we had to live with the results. The carpeting had large gaps in many corners and along the walls. (The carpet guy did come back and fixed most of it.) Our list of disappointments could go on. The 6 week job took them over 4 months to complete. They are okay if you use them for the clean-up after a flood. However, if quality restoration work is important to you, use someone else.

called Powerhouse Restoration, Inc. at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning due to water in our basement from a burst pipe. A crew was there within the hour, cleaning, drying and trying to salvage all my contents in our finished basement. They worked with my insurance adjuster and made sure that all the damage, remediation and repairs were covered and done correctly. They repaired my entire basement and put all my contents that were not damaged right back were they were! Also they made sure that all of our electrical and plumbing were up to code.

I will call them again should I ever need a disaster restoration company again.
