A-1 Roofing Co. is a third-generation commercial, multi-tenant building and industrial roofing company. Established in 1910, we are located in Elk Grove Village, IL, and serve all of the Chicagoland area. Repairs and maintenance contracts for buildings are a specialty of ours. We commonly employ 50 to 90 roofers and sheet metal workers, depending on the time of the year. We provide roofing systems for: Hospital & Healthcare Facilities Retail Stores Schools Apartment Buildings Churches Hotels Office Buildings Public Buildings We are an approved applicator of the Carlisle, Johns Manville, GAF, Sika Sarnafil, Firestone, Soprema, Henry, Siplast, Duralast, Mulehide and Durapax roofing systems. We offer EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, coal tar and asphalt roofs from all major manufacturers with guarantees up to 30 years. Energy-efficient white roofs and green roofs are available for green applications. Because no two roofs are alike, we take the time to understand your needs and work with you to come up with the best choice for you. We pride ourselves on our quality work and attention to detail, whether we're installing a new roof, repairing one or conducting maintenance services. A-1 Roofing Co. also has its own sheet metal shop, so we are able to fabricate and install gutters, counter flashings, copings and all other roof-related sheet metal.
