Maintenance performed by Greg F and found him to be very professional. He was on time, went right to work; and, in the process, took the time to show me the parts he was working on and explaining what he would be doing.

I called Bell Brothers to get a quote on our heater that wasn't working. They gave us a very reasonable quote to come out and look at it. I really needed someone to come out today. The dispatcher called us within 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out today. Fern was our technician. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He looked over our whole system and diagnosed our problem quickly. My wife and I were very happy with both the Company and our technician, Fern.

Mr. Fern is an excellent technician. He kept me well informed of all the repair works that needs to be done. I believe that he is a valuable employee for the company. Well done!

After getting bids from 3 reputable companies, I chose to go with Bell Brothers 2 years ago to replace a 26 year old heat pump. This year I wanted to replace the 2nd unit, now 28 years old. i again got 3 bids. Again the professionalism, pricing, knowledge and service from Bell Brothers was far and above all other companies.

all techs are good in that they explain what they do and expe3ct etc. Ed,L. Nathaniel.,Duoua,Gene.... .thats very important,particullary ; most people dont know the machine and how its working.

The technician (Solomon) was thorough, efficient and pointed out in detail what the basic problem with the heater was. Service couldn't have been much better. Additionally, they were able to do the work a full 3 weeks ahead of the service schedule date.

Ian H. came today to service my furnace, he very courteous and knowledgable. Has a great attitude toward his job and you can tell he enjoys his work and likes to be helpful with his customers. Just the right kind personality for being in the service business. I hope Bell Brothers knows what a jewel he is.

My first experience with Bell Bros Heating & Air was excellent! Nick C. was very professional in every way, and he explained the process very clearly as he began the work. When he was done, he reconfirmed the corrective measures taken...as it turned out, he answered all our questions before we asked them!



I would have no problem recommending Nick C to anyone needing service for their heating and/or air conditioning equipment!

He asked me if I had any questions. He then met with me at the end of his visit, went over his findings and shared his recommendations.
