Waffle House

They have good food. Their staff is slow. The waitresses like to stand and talk a bit too much. The place is always clean for the most part. I'm only in there late at night. That's the part I like best, they are open 24/7.

I knew it was not to be good experience when 2 tables got up and left before the food even showed up. Our food was burnt and not correct. Hash browns, bacon, and a waffle were burnt. Both meals were made incorrectly. 3 out of 5 girls seemed lethargic or doped up. We received all of our food separately. We didn't complain, we payed for our food and left. The table behind us even complained about getting their food separately. The woman sitting behind us even made the comment "are you new?" To which the server replied "Nope." The lady asked about the manager on duty to which we found out the manager was also our cook, the one who burned not only our food, but theirs as well. Their food wasn't made correctly. The cook, Tia, was touching the register and handling money with gloves off and on, then handling food. Our server, Sara, handled chemicals and dirty dishes without washing her hands and then serving tables. We would have been better off ordering a oxyContin.
