Troys Contracting

If there were a zero stars I would have chosen that. This company is a fly by night group of incompetent people. They were contracted to put a new roof including new wood, shingles and venting on my house. They undercut the wood by 12 inches forcing rain water to go into the soffits and after 24 months we had black mold everywhere in the attic. They said they would fix it, went so far as to get a bond with our Village and never showed up to do the work. We tried to sell the house and lost 3 sets of buyers waiting for them to redo their work. We would have a difficult time suing them, they are not listed as a bonafide company in Illinois. Live and Learn but thought we'd put the word out so no one else has this problem.
