Robertos Cabinet shop

The quality of the custom made cabinets is good, however I unable to give a better rating since they do not keep appointments and do not finish the job. While installing the cabinets, I was asked to pay the remaining balance due which was 50% and I did so as agreed. Shortly after, I was told that they did not bring enough wood trim to put on the corners, above and under the cabinets, so they will need to come back the following day to add it. After not hearing from them the next day, I attempted to call the owner Roberto’s cell phone and shop several times, leaving voicemails that were not returned. Eventually I decided to try calling him with a different phone number and miraculously he answered. He told me he would be there the following day at noon (which was over three weeks after installing the cabinets) to finish the job. It’s now been over 11 months (as of August 2015) and still no trim on my cabinets. I definitely would NOT recommend Roberto’s Cabinets to any of my friends or family.
