        Overall

        Worst experience. Went in to the store, two dogs barked and growled running freely. Not a problem. However, if you have a phobia of dogs, you may beware. Ordered carpet, scheduled an appt for measuring and a quote. No word for over 1.5 weeks so we called. Margie answered the phone laughing. When I tried to explain, she continued to interrupt me. She kept asking me if I actually went in, who I spoke with, which carpet I selected and if a price was quoted. Odd, she had my "file" there. She stated that she could not read the handwriting and told me to call back. I said that this was unacceptable and would be canceling this transaction. She laughed and said, "Okay! Bye" and disconnected. Wow.
