I arrived with my best friend, who had apparently set this up previously.
We were sat in the bar area which is unusual for me but no problem regardless (they had a booth).
She sat in the booth between me and her friend (barely a mutual friend for me but he showed and that was really cool of him). She complained of some form of yich in the booth almost immediately, which was very unlike her. The gentleman busser (or whomever he was) addressed it immediately, nice-kind of, it never should have happened!!
It was a good 20 minute wait prior to our server "Dee Dee" showing up before we even started looking at our menu's, our bad. LOL
She (Dee Dee) was quick to get our drink order in and rarely visited the section we were in by the time we were finished.
After a half hour or so the patron that met us there and (her friend) had emptied his drink and hadn't been seen about a refill-none of us had, until she (Dee Dee) showed up with all our drink order's with the exception of my bf's which she (Dee Dee) literally claimed, "They are still pouring the wine..."???
Since this is already a pretty long review I'll shorten it by saying the food was absolute garbage (including a steak), server was garbage, and even speaking to the management about this horrible visit was a waste of time!
I used to love B.A. and now I'd rather skip it and go with local pizza...hopefully!
I'm so grateful for my BF trying to make my BD even greater than she did on my actual BD but she got completely ripped off and the service, and quality, was complete garbage!! I'm so sorry for her.
Black Angus, you dropped the ball horribly, especially after needing to talk to management for what might have appeared to be an excrement laced menu. G R O S S!!!

Enjoyed a very nice top sirloin lunch today! Service was excellent!
