Don't go here!

My husband hired this company to detail our minivan. They came out and the guy was friendly enough but after they had started cleaning the van I received a phone call from the owner, while they are outside my house. She said they had made a mistake and they needed to charge us $30.00 extra because the van is extra dirty. Now I would not have a problem with this if they would have said something BEFORE they started or if my van was extra dirty but it was not. I reluctantly agreed to pay $15.00 extra. The guy cleaned for awhile and came to tell us he was done. I quickly looked it over and it seemed ok. When he left and and I had a chance to really inspect it, it was filthy. I used a magic earaser on the inside of the door and in about 5 minutes it was black. I called and spoke with the owner to complain and she said she understood and would come out and fix it herself. She scheduled the appointment and called 20 minutes AFTER the time of the appointment to tell me she needed to reschedule!!!! When the appointment finally came, it was not her that came to fix it but the same guy who cleaned it in the first place. When I showed him he forgot to clean the seatbelts with his carper cleaner he told me he didn't have the truck with the carpet cleaner today! Not worth one cent of yours. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This customer called and wanted her van cleaned the same day. We explained upfront that without seeing the van first, our estimate could change. Once my employee got to their home to clean the van and saw how bad it was, we let her know it would be an additional $30. This customer wanted it done the same day, and we started the job in the late afternoon. Because the van was so dirty, it took a long time and we ended up working until it got dark and couldn't see very well. We told her because the light wasn't good, we really couldn't see as well as we should. We told her then that if there were any problems, for her to call and we would come back to take care of anything we might have missed. She payed for the services and tipped my employee as well. The customer called back to complain that the van needed additional work, and I told her "No Problem!" We set an appointment, and my employee and I went out to see what she needed. We took care of her requests and she thanked us when we left. I thought everything was fine. If she still had additional concerns, all she would have had to do was call and I would have gone out again to take care of it. There isn't much we can do when it gets dark and we can't see real well. It is a common practice of ours to tell the customers that if they see something that we missed, to have them call us so that we can come back out and fix it. We stand behind our work.
