Pro Custom Solar

Do not use this company for solar, you will regret it. They start off my making false promises to lure you in once they have you were they want you they simply pass off their lies to the bigger company which is Sunnova. We were told by pro custom we would never get another electric bill they made it seemed as though PSEG was never going to be involved. You simply pay us and you don't have to worry about a bill again. At the signed of trouble all they would say is simply the system is doing what you it's supposed to do. Not once were we ever told to be careful with our usage in fact we even told them is it possible to put in a bigger system to account for future expansion. The answer was we always over estimate to give you piece of mind so don't worry. Yet here we are now paying them and PSEG a bill. It would cost me more money to fight this with an attorney than it's worth the headache. I don't even think the other reviews here are legit since these names sound so familiar. Good luck

Pro Custom Solar went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were as informed as informed at possible. Getting solar was practically effortless because they handled everything. After many months of research, only Pro Custom Solar gave us a comprehensive, intelligent approach for getting the most savings on our energy bill while maintaining a green footprint. To our surprise, our assumption that this would be a major investment was proven incorrect. Artie explained the various options available in a knowledgeable & professional manner. He outlined the advantages of leasing (which made the most sense for our particular situation) and answered the many questions we had. With no money down, the project was done on schedule and the savings were evident right from the start. My only regret is not having called Pro Custom Solar sooner.
