Whatever you do, do not work with these guys. They build low-quality houses and can get away with selling them at a higher price since they are basically the only game in Metuchen.



Why not use them?



* They are completely deceptive in their marketing. For example, all of their specs claim "Capital Windows" even though they use M.I. Windows (and can legally do this because Capital bought M.I. Windows). Another example: "solid vinyl siding", which is effectively just plain-old siding that is deceptively close to "solid core" vinyl siding (which is actually a higher quality product).

* They are extremely aggressive during their contract negotiations.

* The contracts they push people to sign are outrageous - they attempt to *disallow* clients on premise for the "dream house" they are building for them.



Don't believe their facebook page - it's odd that every review they have there is from someone whose last name is "fox" or "foxx", right? You want the real scoop - ask 5 homeowners they built houses for - you'll be sure to find each one of them is *extremely* unhappy with their purchase.
