It is a pleasure to provide this letter of reference on behalf of Mr. Jerry Jackness, Owner of Craftsman Construction. I have known Mr. Jackness for well over three years, as he constructed my present home in The Plains, Virginia in June of 2006. Being in the construction industry myself, I was immediately impressed with Mr. Jackness insistence on not only high quality materials, but exceptional building. Mr. Jackness demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, and constructed my home as if it were to be his own. Above all, I was most impressed with Mr. Jackness integrity and honesty. During the entire building process, Mr. Jackness was consistently forthcoming regarding costs of materials and change orders which allowed me to maintain an accurate month-to-month record of our total building costs well before the completion of our home. Mr. Jackness was also receptive to my ideas and suggestions which I appreciated tremendously. We forged a strong working relationship.
